There’s nothing more special than capturing those first precious days of your baby’s life — when they’re still tiny, sleepy, and new to the world. These moments pass by so quickly, but your newborn photographs will let you treasure them forever.
You’re welcome to contact me anytime during your pregnancy to share your estimated due date. I’ll make a tentative booking, and once you’re home from the hospital with your beautiful new baby, simply get in touch to confirm a date and time for your session.
If your baby has already arrived or you’re booking last-minute, please reach out — I may still have availability for you.
Newborn sessions are best held when baby is between 3–10 days old, as little ones are usually sleepier, easier to pose, and still have that curly, newborn look. After this stage, babies become more alert and may experience colic or baby acne, making it trickier to capture those serene poses.
Your newborn session will take place in my studio in Wembley, London — a calm, cozy, and warm space designed for your baby’s comfort.
While I work, you can relax and unwind. You only need to bring your baby and anything needed to keep their tummy full.
Each 2 hour session is carefully tailored to your family, with a mix of poses and setups. You’ll have full access to my collection of props, bonnets, headbands, outfits, wraps, blankets, backdrops, and accessories. If you’d like to include something meaningful — such as a family heirloom, special blanket, wedding rings, or an item related to your profession — please feel free to bring it along.
Your baby’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I am fully trained in newborn handling and posing. Sessions are never rushed — we’ll take breaks for feeds, cuddles, and nappy changes as needed. The studio will be kept at a comfortable, warm temperature to help your baby stay settled and content.
The session also includes parent and sibling portraits. These are incredibly special, capturing not only your newborn’s first photos but also your first moments as a family. Even if you feel unsure about being in front of the camera, I always encourage parents to take part — you’ll never regret having these memories to look back on. Including siblings in the photos also helps them feel loved and connected as they welcome their new baby brother or sister.
After your session, you’ll receive your fully edited, high-resolution images within 2–3 weeks.
The final result is a collection of beautiful, timeless portraits — precious keepsakes to display proudly in your home and cherish for years to come.
